About the Project

Codebridge was tasked with designing a mobile application to streamline healthcare access for patients. The app allows users to find doctors or hospitals, book appointments, and consult with doctors via messages or videocalls. Additionally, it provides a centralized place to manage medical records. Our objective was to create an intuitive, user-friendly design that enhances the healthcare experience for patients.

Challenge

Finding Healthcare Providers‍

Patients needed a reliable way to find doctors and hospitals that meet their healthcare needs.

Booking and Consulting‍

Simplifying the process of booking appointments and consulting with doctors, whether through messages or videocalls, was essential.

User Research

Сonducted user interviews and surveys to understand the preferences, pain points, and expectations of the target audience.
Analyzed competitor apps and industry trends, ensuring the app would address key pain points in healthcare access.

Wireframing and Prototyping

Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the app’s structure, refine the user journey, and ensure seamless functionality for finding providers, booking appointments, and managing records.

Visual Design

Created a high-fidelity design with an intuitive, user-friendly interface, focusing on a clean, accessible layout that enhances the patient experience and promotes easy navigation.

Interaction Design

Designed interactive elements to streamline appointment booking and consultations, whether via messages or videocalls, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.

Usability Testing

Conducted usability testing sessions to validate the app's design and functionality, gathering feedback to optimize the final product for launch.
