PACE! is a dynamic parcel delivery app tailored for the fast-paced lifestyles of young users. With a colorful and energetic interface, users can easily manage and track their parcels in real-time. The app's unique pink rabbit mascot adds a playful touch, enhancing user engagement and enjoyment. By combining style and functionality, PACE! offers a delightful and efficient parcel management experience.

User Research

Сonducted user interviews and surveys to understand the preferences, pain points, and expectations of the target audience, especially young users.
Analyzed competitor apps and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Wireframing and Prototyping

Design wireframes to outline the app's structure and flow, focusing on key screens like parcel management, delivery options, and real-time tracking.

Visual Design

Сreated a visually appealing and on-brand design that aligns with the bright and fresh theme, incorporating the chosen color schemes, typography, and imagery.

Usability Testing

Conducted usability testing sessions with the target audience to gather feedback on the app's design, functionality, and overall user experience.

Solution

We streamlined the parcel sending process with clear step-by-step instructions and minimal inputs. We provided a variety of shipping options, each clearly explained to meet different user needs. All costs, including any additional fees, were displayed upfront to enhance transparency and user trust. Additionally, we implemented real-time tracking and clear packaging guidelines to further improve the user experience.
