• Actively source candidates for various positions, primarily in Sales and UI/UX Design, occasionally in Software Development, across popular job sites (such as Djinni, LinkedIn, Work, Robota, Jooble) and other platforms
• Initiate first contact with candidates on job sites
• Accurately input passive and active candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Regularly and constantly fill in the recruitment funnel  
• Maintain systematic reporting  

The key objective of this role is to increase the candidate pool, contributing to the improvement of candidate selection for vacancies.

• 6 months of experience in a similar position or completion of a Recruitment (or other relevant) course
• General understanding of the IT job market
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks
• Ability to see the problem and innovate in finding solutions
• Work attitude and motto: "When the goal seems unattainable, change not the goal but the plan of action."
• At least Intermediate level of English
• Creativity and adaptability
