Responsibilities:
- Work within the Agile (Scrum) methodology to assist with the planning, management, and execution of application development or UI/UX projects
- Develop and implement standards for the development and release management process within the project
- Assist with the coordination of release and sprint planning
- Clarify and analyze requirements (requirements documentation, user story, task preparation)
- Help with prioritization and backlog management
- Participate in roadmap development, its execution control
- Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of scope and timeline
Requirements:
- Experience of work as PM/BA no less than 1 year
- Strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle
- Working experience with SCRUM framework
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Attentiveness to details
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Technical background is a plus
