EMPFEHLUNGSBONUS
Zuständigkeiten:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including commercial contracts (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.), agreements, internal policies, and corporate acts
- Participating in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors on legal matters
- Providing legal advice to internal teams (HR, Sales, Finance, etc.) within the company
- Analyzing legislation that affects the company’s activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitoring legislative changes, particularly in IT law, data protection, intellectual property, tax and commercial law
- Understanding of federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements in the United States
- A solid grasp of the processes and standards required for SOC 2 compliance preparation
- Providing legal support in dispute resolution, including pre-trial processes
- Developing recommendations to optimize business processes from a legal perspective
Anforderungen:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the IT sector or legal consulting
- Strong knowledge of IT law, including data protection, intellectual property, and contract law
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing documents such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, agreements, and internal policies
- Successful experience in negotiations with suppliers, clients, partners, and contractors
- Excellent academic credentials in IT law
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management abilities, and the capacity to handle large volumes of information
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and adapt quickly to changes
